AppleCare for Enterprise is a service and support program offered by Apple specifically tailored for businesses and organizations. It provides enhanced support and services beyond the standard AppleCare plans, which are typically designed for individual consumers.

In addition, the IT department gets access to technical support from Apple and end users get unlimited access to Apple Support. With AppleCare for Enterprise, we offer a complete service agreement. To qualify, at least 200 iPhones, iPads or Macs must be purchased with an ACE product during the first year of the agreement.

Global onsite hardware service

You can choose to get onsite service at your location, as fast as the next business day, or you can get service at any Apple Authorized Service Provider across Apple’s worldwide network

Additional device repair or replacement

Besides on-site hardware coverage, you have the option to repair a maximum of 4 percent of your covered Mac computers or Apple-branded displays, or up to 10 percent of your covered iPad or iPhone devices, without incurring any additional fees.

Support for end users

AppleCare for Enterprise can reduce the workload of your internal help desk by offering round-the-clock, unlimited technical support for your end users. This support extends to a range of areas, including Apple hardware and operating systems and Apple applications.

IT department support

Within AppleCare for Enterprise, AppleCare Help Desk Support is incorporated, offering limitless telephone technical support. This support encompasses hardware and software diagnosis, troubleshooting, and the isolation of issues specifically related to Apple-based solutions.
