Tom and his team are responsible for processing our customers’ orders, our suppliers’ invoices, the shipping and follow-up of all our packages and many more administrative tasks. The Admin Team also provides assistance in some logistical tasks and after-sales (RMA).
Tom has a lot of experience in logistics and utilizes this to streamline many of Discorp’s processes so that his team can give top priority to our customers’ needs and provide first-class service. He is also very flexible and is used to working with a wide range of clients. When a difficult question or situation occurs, he does everything he can to ensure a positive solution.
